Fast, Accurate Answers for Your Pet's Health

When something seems off with your pet, getting answers quickly matters. Parkway Animal Clinic is equipped with on-site digital imaging and an in-house laboratory so we can diagnose and begin treatment in the same visit rather than waiting days for results.

Our diagnostic tools give us a clear picture of what is happening inside your pet so we can recommend the right course of action with confidence, not guesswork.

What We Offer

Diagnostic Services at Parkway

Our diagnostic capabilities are available in-house, meaning most results come back the same day your pet is seen.

🦴 Digital Radiology

Our digital X-ray system produces high-resolution images of bones, joints, and internal organs with significantly less radiation than traditional film X-rays. Results are available immediately and can be shared with specialists when needed.

🫁 Ultrasound Imaging

Ultrasound gives us a real-time, non-invasive view of your pet's abdominal organs, heart, and soft tissues. Particularly useful for evaluating the liver, kidneys, bladder, and reproductive organs, and for guiding certain procedures.

🧪 In-House Lab Testing

Our on-site laboratory runs complete blood counts, chemistry panels, urinalysis, fecal testing, and more. Most results are ready within 30 to 60 minutes, letting us start treatment the same day without sending samples out.

🔬 Reference Lab Services

For specialized panels, biopsies, cultures, hormone assays, and advanced testing we partner with external reference laboratories. These results typically return within 24 to 72 hours depending on the test.

🦠 Parasite and Disease Testing

We screen for heartworm, tick-borne diseases, intestinal parasites, feline leukemia, FIV, and other infectious conditions. Routine screening is recommended annually and is included in most wellness visits.

🧬 Cytology and Pathology

When a lump, mass, or skin lesion needs a closer look, we collect samples for cytological evaluation. Samples are sent to a board-certified veterinary pathologist and results guide our next steps for treatment or monitoring.
